Beautiful Show Barn
The show barn was designed with Normandy-style cathedral ceilings and has 20 stalls, two climate-controlled tack rooms, two large, tiled wash racks, a laundry room, a conference room, and a full bath. It is state-of-the-art construction, complete with industrial fire protection system, security cameras, and overhead fly control system. Each stall has an outside door, and overhanging porches encircle the barn deflecting direct sunlight from the stalls. Near the barn is the training barn with 20 separate stalls. The canopy roof offers cross ventilation keeps stalls at a comfortable temperature even on the hottest Texas days. The tack room is air-conditioned and has a bath with a commercial washer and dryer.
Indoor Arena
The climate-controlled 200 ft x 100 ft indoor arena includes four eight-ton A/C units, two large fans, and two exhaust fans. A custom roll-up overhead door, cedar stave wall fencing, and a viewing pavilion are ideal for hosting events. The viewing pavilion includes a kitchen, two offices, and two baths. There are two sets of bleachers and a public address system for horse shows and more. The viewing area spans the width of the arena with floor-to-ceiling windows, and adjacent to the indoor arena are two covered round pens.
Jumping Arena
Adjacent to the arena is an arena with a chute designed for free jumping. A covered patio with an outdoor kitchen nearby is a great place to entertain guests and clients. The arena connects to an alley system that leads out to the northwest pastures. Behind the arena is a 130 ft round pen and a 4000 sq. ft. barn for equipment and hay.
